It smelled a little funny and the room was kind of damp.
Breakfast was great. Location was great. Great family town located in a beautiful area.
The hotel was very pretty, price was very good, beds comfortable, rooms were roomy and staff were very friendly.
No elvator, only served breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location
We would've preferred to be in the main hotel rather than an annexe
a small dreary room not as represented by the hotel. The premium king room had two queen beds and hotel was overbooked
It was very close to the downtown areas and everything was within walking distance.
The breakfast buffet did not offer any healthy options - was all carbohydrate based - bread, bagels, cereal, waffles and muffins.
clean, comfortable beds, kind staff and fab wild blueberry waffles!
location is great, bathroom area updated but bed and main area looked outdated. Over all it was fine.
Good motel in Kennebunk to stay if you are in the area. Kind staff, spacious rooms with all the comforts.
We have stayed here twice before and love it's central location, large rooms and breakfasts
The Inn was convenient to in-town shopping and restaurants, within walking distance of most. It is less than a mile to the beach, so it's a short drive or pleasant walk. Staff at the Inn were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast of hot waffles with fruit and yogurt, plus pastries and bagels, was hot and fresh.
Some hallway areas are set up with tables and chairs for people to sit, relax, have a drink - which was great, except that there was a group of noisy women outside our door while we were trying to sleep.
Couldn't ask for a more convenient location to the village.
Lack of elevator to access 2nd floor
It was in a very general location and once there no need for driving
All was good until last morning - toilet issues - :-(
Reasonable price and very near where I nede to be.
View from room was parking lot. Furnishings anda carpet dated.
Proximity to town is good, but located on a busy intersection with construction out front when we were there. The room was clean but that's about the only thing nice I can say.
This is not an inn. It is a motel with outdated furnishings. Imagine an old, dark room with cheap bedspread, low ceilings and 1990's tv, low light and inexpensive furniture. A little granite on the sink and marble tile in the tiny bathroom does not redeem this place nor does it in any way resemble their website description. We were quite surprised. The lobby and "restaurant/bar" was very dark and uninviting. The breakfast was slightly better than the usual motel pre-packaged pastries (who eats those??). I would not stay here again.
